Comedian Tiffany Haddish’s Most Awkward Confessions

Tiffany Haddish has gotten this far in her career through hard work and determination, and also being funny. As a comedian, Haddish has shared many hilarious moments in her life that many have found to be relatable. But sometimes, there have been times where the actress may have, perhaps, overshared information. Here are a few of what we think were some of Tiffany Haddish’s most awkward confessions.

Say for instance, on November 21, the Bad Trip actress took to her Twitter to pose a question to her followers while confessing the process of what she used to do in terms of a break-up. “Before I cut all the hair off my head, I used to wax all the hair off my lady parts when I was done with a man.,” Haddish wrote before asking, “Anyone else do that?” As far as her reasoning for doing this, she stated, “I think of it as a fresh start for the new man.”

While many women have gone through the cutting of their hair FOR SURE, the general consensus of many of the reactions seems to lean toward not going as far as to wax everything off. Some on Twitter felt as though Tiffany Haddish could have kept that information to herself. One social media user replied by saying, “Can’t some things stay private? I don’t think anyone except maybe your man needs to know that. People tell everything these days. Nothing is private anymore.” Another shared, “Naw sis I wax all the time for freshness, not for no man.” However, there were some that engaged and shared that while they may not have gone as far as to wax, they’ve shaved their head.

Another time occurred during the summer when Tiffany Haddish shared an inappropriate experience that she endured while watching a Nicholas Cage movie. During a conversation on NPR’s series It’s Been A Minute, she detailed watching the movie Face/Off while 17-years-old and, let’s just say that instead of paying attention to the movie, it was elsewhere thanks to a guy she was dating at the time. This would also be the first time that she would encounter what it feels like to ‘Big-O’.

“And as I was achieving a momentous moment that I had never experienced in my life, I opened my eyes and the eyes of Nicolas Cage are looking into my eyes super big. And that was my first big O,” she confessed. Years later when she got the opportunity to work with him, she says that she battled with telling him. She would finally muster up the courage to confess this experience to the actor. The story brought a gut-wrenching laugh from Cage, according to Tiffany Haddish, as he proceeded to tell her that his first wife shared she knew she would marry him after seeing him in a movie.

There was also the time that the actress/comedian confessed on the “Comedy Actress Roundtable” courtesy of The Hollywood Reporter what she would do with casting directors. Haddish revealed that she would leave the rooms while “forgetting her bag behind.” However, unbeknownst to the casting directors, her phone was in her bag and it would be recording their possible comments on her audition.

“It was my M.O.,” she said at the roundtable with other actresses like Regina Hall, Maya Rudolph, and Jane Fonda. But Tiffany Haddish shared that her reasons for doing so were to help her “grow” and also write jokes about it. “It helped me in the long wrong,” Tiffany Haddish confessed.

With all of that being said, there’s one thing that can confidently be stated about Tiffany Haddish. She is comfortable within herself and we will deal.
