Marquise Jackson Ready To Mend Relationship With Father 50 Cent, But Fans Are Torn

Marquise Jackson’s latest antics on his father might have actually been a white flag by the estranged son. 50 Cent and his boy have been engaged in a war of words for years now on social media and in the tabloids. Recently Marquise offered to pay for his father’s time to see if the two can mend their relationship. 50 Cents response? Plugging a new show and taunting the boy with a meme.

Attached to the trailer for his new Blowing Money Fast documentary, 50 Cent reshared his son’s request to pay him the alleged $6700 he used to get in child support a month for a day together. His BMF star Lil Meech offered to facilitate the reunion himself and even play some games with them for the money. “You Stupid @199viq I’ll Take 5 Over There Myself I Might Even Play Some Games With You.”

Marquise followed this up with a post of 50 Cent’s series Raising Kanan. Marquise’s face was in place of the show’s titular character Kanan and in the caption, he opened up about not actually needing money from his father. Instead, he calls out his father for using him for promotion and says, “if you need me to promote your show, just say that.” Marquise also alleges he has a story to tell as well and would like to work with Starz on his own series.

In a new interview with TMZ, Marquise opens up more sincerely about wanting to reconnect with his dad. “It’s never been about the money for me,” he says. Instead, Marquise just wants to sit down and hear his father’s perspective on things and why he feels like the boy is so “entitled.” He tells the interviewer that “it’s never been about the money. It’s more about the relationship.”

Fans in the comments seem to agree that it is time the two mend things and come to a truce. They’ve begun flooding 50s social media pleading with him to meet with his son and make things right while there’s still hope for the two of them. “no one wins in this situation. I know 50 doesn’t lose, but this isn’t a win rn either.”
