Summer Walker’s new boo has some explaining to do.
The R&B superstar has been getting cozy with television star Lil Meechie. The BMF star and Walker just recently went public, but his former flame Celina Powell decided to try and ruin their new love with a tape of herself and the actor. Summer has already clapped back with a hilarious response online.
Just days after Summer Walker and Meechie confirmed themselves as music’s newest power couple, Powell took to Twitter with a message. “I just posted the full video of me and babyyyy [demon emoji] BMF d*** go crazy.” While the full clip has been hard to track, fans have been circulating a screen grab of what appears to be Meechie and Powell in a bathroom stall getting acquainted.
The video appears to be from a year ago, and Summer is unfazed by it all. She reshared a clip of DDG ranting during an IG live, saying, “I hate this b–. Oh my God, I hate this b–.” The post was accompanied by a caption from a Twitter user saying, “I know Meech over there like.”
While many respected Summer for having a sense of humor about it all, some just could not get past Meechie associating with Powell and her infamous antics. “I would instantly be put off if my man was anywhere near that Jezebel😩,” said one fan. Another chimed in with, “I don’t understand why male celebrities keep getting involved with Celina giving her antics! Is she fetishized atp?”
