Alicia Keys and Swizz Beatz seem to be the pinnacle of couple’s goals, but new rumors have surfaced saying that Swizz might be back up to his old ways. Beatz was notorious for his playboy ways back in the ’00s but seemed to turn over a new leaf since going public with Alicia. However, recent rumors have surfaced reporting that he has been cozying up with Power star Lala Anthony.
Radio personality Miss Jones spilled the tea during a live chat for her show Miss Jones In The Morning. According to Jones, an anonymous source from Swizz Beatz camp shot her a direct message at some point last year. According to the source, Swizz and Lala are dating and “madly in love.” However, Swizz has no plans to leave his wife, Alicia.
The source also told Miss Jones that Lala comments pretty regularly on Swizz Instagram. So much so that Swizz gets up early every morning to delete Lala’s comments so that Alicia will not grow suspicious. ” If you don’t believe me, go to his page on IG. He always starts leaving comments in the morning. [Lala] be the first to answer. But, she didn’t just leave an answer, she continues it and continues to the point where he [Swizz] say ‘you have to chill because it’s starting to look obvious to my wife [Alicia Keys].'”
Jones points at Alicia Keys’ single “LALA” as proof that this relationship is real.Swizz Beatz and Alicia have been busy celebrating their love, most recently with a lavish 72-hour date to commemorate 11 years of marriage. Alicia, who is currently promoting her new album KEYS, has been gushing about her man at every interview, making it seem like things are perfect at home.
For Swizz, this is troublesome because he has a history of infidelity. He famously fathered two kids with two different women during his first marriage to Mashonda. It was also widely reported that his relationship with Alicia began while Swizz was still married to Mashonda. Mashonda egged these accusations on in the media, accusing Keys of being a homewrecker.
Despite all of this, the hit-making pair have worked hard over their 11-year union to showcase themselves as a perfect couple. Keys and Mashonda even found peace, learning to co-parent and collaborating on a series of books and interviews on “blended families.”
According to Alicia, she and Swizz don’t ever raise their voices at each other and have developed a very open and honest flow of communication. Swizz is not here for the rumors either and took to his Instagram to seemingly “address” it. Fans flooded his comments with support, saying “🔥🔥❤️❤️❤️ Now that’s how you shut them DOWN!! Love it!”, and “Yes god clear that up.. my heart dropped ..you can’t let your mentoring gene down ..it ain’t just happen, it’s happening #KEYS.”
Lala Anthony saw her relationship with Carmelo Anthony fall apart amidst accusations of infidelity and Melo reportedly fathering a child with another woman. If this were true, it would definitely make her look like a hypocrite.
