The final is the Bangladesh-Sri Lanka Test schedule

The series was supposed to take place in September-October last year. But due to various complications due to Corona, the Bangladesh team did not visit Sri Lanka in the end. However, this time the tour of Sri Lanka has been finalized. Bangladesh will play two Tests in the tour. The matter was fixed but the schedule was not final. This time the schedule is final for this test series.

The Bangladesh cricket team will travel to Sri Lanka to play a two-match Test series in mid-April. The matter has been finalized by the host Sri Lanka Cricket Board SLC. The Bangladesh cricket team will tour the country between April 12-15 to play two matches.

Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) chief executive Nizam Uddin Chowdhury Sujon told reporters in Mirpur on Saturday (February 20th). However, host Sri Lanka has not yet confirmed the venue of the two matches. It has only been reported that the two Test matches of the series will be held at the same venue.

The BCB chief executive said: “The Sri Lankan board is in touch with us and the two matches of the Test championship so far have been finalized. The two Test matches will be played at the same venue. We hope that the Bangladesh team will visit Sri Lanka sometime between April 12-15. Since the host country made this announcement, it would be really good for them. ‘

Bilateral series between Sri Lanka and Bangladesh has already been postponed twice due to coronavirus alert. The first suspension was in June this year, the second in October. If all goes well, the postponed series is going to be played on the field this time.
